"This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. "We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection of the hotel’s quality—just a bit of bad luck on my part in planning. Despite this, my trip has been wonderful, and I definitely plan to return to Puerto Natales, possibly staying at your hotel again. Thank you once again for everything!"
