Excellent stay. The hotel is right in the city center, with an unbeatable location — everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and cafés to pharmacies, shops, and the pedestrian area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with very cozy mattresses, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. It’s a small hotel, but very well arranged, organized, and practical. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and helpful attitude at all times. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and a great central location.

La limpieza no era nada buena. Llegamos y había un trozo de pan en la cabecera. La TV no funcionaba, hasta el 2do día. El agua de la ducha era fría o muy caliente. Para abrir la puerta del cuarto era complicado. La ubicación muy buena y el restaurante del desayuno incluido muy bueno y gran atención.

Olha, simplesmente tudo HORRÍVEL, sujo, mofado, camas com colchões muuuuuito velhos e laceados !!! Experiência terrível! Hotéis.com não deveriam colocar um tipo desse de hospedagem em sua lista de hotel! Única coisa boa foi o atendente!!!

L’hôtel est bien plus vieillissant que les photos sur le site, il est proche du centre-ville et de toute commodité, peut être bruyant, car nous avions une chambre côté route, malgré ça, le Personnel est aidant , point positif, l’arrêt de bus pour aller voir les cascades est en face de l’hôtel

Al hotel le falta remodelación, en realidad me sentía incómoda, pero ya nos recogían desde allí. El baño pequeño, para calentar el agua durábamos más de 5 minutos. La habitación estaba más fría que afuera. Tenían un perro durmiendo en un sillón del café internet, me parece falto de higiene. Aunque no me quejo por el perro, porque los amo, deben ubicarlo en otro lugar.
