"Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"I usually stay at a hotel down the road a wee bit but it was fully booked. So i went for this place as it was recommended by a friend. Didn't disappoint, i had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, staff were super helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back "

"Absolutely gorgeous little complex and my apartment (11) was ideal as had pool and sea views. Travelling on my own for the first time I was nervous I'd feel unsafe but I need not had worried."

"A great holiday was ruined by no water being available on the last day of our holiday which meant no opportunity to shower or clean up before we went home at 4pm. No alternative given or no recompense to compensate for the inconvenience left a bitter taste in the mouth and a tainted view of our holiday "

"Staff were lovely, helpful and approachable! We have arrived home today, it’s getting a lot busier there, so not sure if there are enough sun beds for the apartments. I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer. Apartments were nice, our internal doors didn’t close properly, but that’s a minor issue, they did shave a bit off the bedroom door as it wouldn’t move. "The hotel is quite dated in areas. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. There really was no point, as I planned on relaxing around the pool till 4, then showering etc....
