"The property itself was beautiful. The pool and the security guards were awesome. Besides that it was terrible. My family and I arrived to a dirty apartment the sheets smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. The sink had hair and the shower was clogged with hair. There was a leakage in the kitchen the washer wasn’t working. And after I sent them pictures and videos, they told me I had to pay for cleaning service.
