"This place what absolutely amazing, one of the good surprises you appreciate. First of all the infrastructure, the gardens, the pool, they are all very beautiful and well maintened. Then the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and polite. The room is very clean and has all that’s needed. Maybe it feels a little in contrast with the exterior that is all very modern and recent, the interior is a bit less “impressive” but still very enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was an à la carte meal....

There was evidence of water damage on the walls, cold water only in showers and random mostly empty bottles of „soap” and „hair mask” for cosmetics, not even any soap to wash hands! "The location was amazing. It is literally right outside the park entrance. The staff did everything possible to make our 2 day visit perfect. Ronny helped us find a good last-minute Mangrove Tour and that was both interesting and beautiful. Pili was always available to answer questions. By the end of the 1st day, we felt like family. "The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. This was a family trip and unfortunately my father got ill (stomach bug). The staff were so helpful and accommodating to his needs. This place is perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We even got some coconuts cut for us. "10/10 would recommend this resort. My husband and I stayed here 20 years after he first stayed at this same resort with his family as a teenager. They had great things to say then, and we have amazing things to say now! The resort was clean and had the most gorgeous views. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed at any time. Shout out to Marco at Mogotes pool bar for always making sure our cups were full. We had an amazing time here and would definietly stay here...

"We absolutely loved staying here. As a family of four we felt very comfortable in such beautiful and clean villas. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. The food was so delicious and the fresh fried plantains. Both the ladies in the kitchen were so sweet. Plenty of free private parking. The stairs are absolutely no issue, should you have one there is a wheelchair friendly route to take down to the villas/pool instead. We did not want to leave! If you’re wanting to stay near MA, stay here!"
