"Our room was very spacious, and had thoughtful amenities like an electric kettle, coffee, tea, etc. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they helped us with our bags since there are no elevators to bypass stairs... they also held our baggage for no extra cost when we checked out in the morning since our departing ferry was later in the afternoon. The location couldn't have been better... on the very edge of the downtown...

"Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft lag ein Bild, das eigentlich an der Wand hängen sollte, einfach auf dem Boden. Das Badezimmer war besonders enttäuschend: kein Fenster, und der Lüfter funktionierte nicht. Zudem gab es deutliche Schimmelstellen. Die Duschtür wurde offenbar durch einen Vorhang ersetzt, der ebenfalls verschmutzt, teilweise gelb verfärbt und von Schimmel befallen war. Eine Kaffeemaschine war...

"Localisation parfaite à deux pas du palais. La chambre est top avec un dressing de chaque côté du lit et une salle de bain magnifique toute moderne. Linge de qualité. Literie confortable. Un excellent séjour passé ici avec un personnel très agréable également! 10/10 !"
