From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food and facilities were amazing. All staff seemed to go to extra lengths to make our stay there great.

Beautiful room and views. The restaurant is fine dining which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy outside of breakfast. Breakfast was quite lovely. Easy access to Salzburg.

The staff was absolutely amazing! When I asked for an ice machine, they provided me a tiny fridge for my room :-) they went above and beyond with every little request I made… Which was a lot as I had been traveling. The front desk girls were smiling, friendly, and really just absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Especially enjoyed the indoor pool!

Excellent location to stop by if you drive around Salzburg and suburb. The interior design is excellent and new. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Plenty of car park spots on site.

Verry bad service , no clean rooms, employees that are not service minded and I never have seen before that the doors of the dirty rooms of other guests are stille open wide while no one is in the rooms! Only one employee in the restaurant who is working alone and also with no service minded attitude! For a 4 star hotel this is really a shame!

Vom Empfang / Check in zum Aufenthalt bis zum Check out war wirklich alles perfekt! Das Zimmer war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und wirkte stimmig und aufgeräumt. Das Bett war komfortabel mit guten Matratzen, das Bad bzw. die Dusche begehbar und großzügig gestaltet. Es gab eine Flasche Quellwasser gratis - sehr nice. Es gibt dort ein hervorragendes Gym mit neuen Geräten. Sowohl Cardio als auch Kraft Trainingsgeräte bis hin zu einem gut ausgestattet im Freihandel Bereich. Daneben ist das Schwimmbad, welches ausreichend groß ist und als eines der wenigen heutzutage noch angenehm warm ist. Das Frühstück wird in dem Genussrestaurant VOI serviert, was ein wahrer Genuss war. Hier wurde an nichts gespart, denn das, was hier aufgetischt wurde, war absoluter Spitzenklasse das meiste davon sogar im Bioqualität. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls super und offensichtlich von einer lokalen Kaffeerösterei. Abends habe ich dann das Restaurant für ein Essen genutzt, welches ebenfalls spitzenmäßig war. Der Koch geht sogar rum und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Das hat heutzutage Seltenheitswert! Es ist zwar etwas teurer, dafür auch etwas besser :). Und lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Die Lage des Hotels war super, zwar direkt an der Autobahn Ausfahrt, jedoch habe ich davon nichts mitbekommen. Gleichzeitig befand sich fußläufig die Salzach (ein wunderschöner Fluss) sowie auch Königsseeaue, die zu einem Neujahrsspaziergang einlud. Die Mitarbeiter empfand ich als äußerst aufmerksam und kompetent.

Rezeption schlecht: mussten über 10 Minuten warten bis jemand gekommen ist und die Person hat dann mit nicht Wissen geglänzt Zimmer: modern und grüsszügig, Sauberkeit: im besten Fall ok Frühstück: am Tag eins wurde das Buffet mangels Gästen mit einem vorbereiteten Tellerservice ersetzt und am Tag 2 wurde das Buffet von einer Reisegruppe überrannt sodass das Personal überfordert war und andere Gäste den Saal verlassen haben.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Leider hat die Buchung über Expedia nicht ganz so anfangs geklappt. Beim einchecken wurde uns gesagt das kein Frühstück dabei ist obwohl es durch die Expedia Seite angegeben war. Der Mann an der Rezeption war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und hat es für uns geklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Un très bon hôtel, pas encore fini pas de piscine ni fitness mais une fois fini ça sera top . Dommage qu’il nous ont fait payer 34 chf de parking et pourtant il avait beaucoup de places devant l’hôtel pour les clients mais soit disant privé de l’hôtel. Pas beaucoup de variété au petit déjeuner mais correct
