"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"This was a fabulous gem overlooking Lutraki Beach. Quiet and tucked away just what we were looking for in our stay. Ginny our host was great she had great communication and Was a tremendous help in helping us find a private boat charter. She also was very helpful when our ferry was cancelled due to inclement weather and made sure we had transportation off of the island. All the locals were lovely. The apt was super clean and new. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage. "This is our 3rd stay here, beautiful villa, beautiful location..the owners are very welcoming and made our stay perfect"

"Perfect in every way. The accomodation was in a perfect location, opposite the small road to Troulos beach and with a supermarket and bus stop 20 on its doorstep. It was spotlessly clean, modern and airy with everything you could wish for. The owner, manager and house maid were amazing, so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing see view, nice terrace, friendly owners very peaceful atmosphere. NO parking, no breakfast, room service once per week, average WiFi quality, be prepared for daily climbing to reach the car ( like 700m away). During season you need to get up early to find a place on the beach. Best option will be to leave the car on public parking and rent a motorcycle or ATV. Advice is to contact the owner to pick you up - not easy to find a place . "
