"Staff was amazing, so friendly and responsive! They went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable, the room spotless and the bathroom shower the best! Delicious, extensive breakfast served in an elegant dining room. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the National Park, but quiet and away from the bustle. It said 4 stars, but we think it deserves 5! "

"When we arrived we had booked a double room. It only had one bed. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in switching us to a 2 bed room. The restaurant had very good food. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We spent an evening in the bar listening to local music and watching young people dance the Irish steps. Enjoyed that very much. The band playing (3 members) were excellent! The bartenders were so nice, too! We highly recommend this hotel. It could not be more conveniently...

"Amazing staff! Delicious breakfast made to order. Quaint yet spacious. Perfect location for some things to do but also to Shannon Airport. Stayed with my daughter for a week throughout various parts of Ireland and this was our favorite stay! I lost my jacket and my daughter emailed to see if I left it there, Joe responded to her right away! Thanks for everything!"
