"La habitación con dos camas individuales que no median ni 90,arañas y bichos muertos debajo de las camas y detras de la mesita de noche. El sitio si que es muy tranquilo y parece un lugar encantador,pero lo primero que ve nada mas entrar son dos camillas como de zapato rotas que antes que tenerlas asi es mejor quitarlas de alli. Pagamos alrededor de 70 euros la noche sin desayuno pero casi prefiero pagar un poco mas e ir a un sitío mejor"

"Can't say enough good things about the property but specifically the owners. They were kind, attentive and friendly. Made us feel special. This was the perfect place for us to stay as it was exactly halfway between Santander and the house we're renovating in the area. Highly recommended and will use this hotel as overflow property when multiple family and friends come to visit but don't all fit in our house.😂"

"We didn't had big expectations and were really surprised positively! The apartment was so much bigger as expected and perfect for us (4 adults and 1 child). The kitchen is small but sufficient and the terrasse was really great- we enjoyed having meals outside! The apartment is very close to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. "Nice quiet place with lovely scenery and very comfortable rooms and large beds. The pool was a decent size, but the hot tub was not warm when we visited. Helpful staff as there are limiited dining options, so be prepared to drive somewhere to eat. Not easy to spot the entrance to the hotel. It is accessible via the double wooden door and an intercom as seen from google street view of the address. Would recommend for couples. "

"Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana."
