"Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms"

"Parking was fine, but I had to buy my own towels because when I checked in they didn’t have any clean one’s, I keep asking for a broom to sweep my floor in the room and I can’t get one, my floor wasn’t mopped from day one, I have to take out my own trash and I just opted to wash my own towels and sheets since I’m staying for a few weeks. I’m paying 464.00 a week and I pay it ontime, the least they could do is clean the room."

"Had advance reservation for handicapped room, but only a stool was added to be put into a tub. No walk-in shower, convenient for a person with mobility issues.. . Took 15 min to check in. Counter person, unsure of most everything related to check-in proceedures and English language... strong aroma of a cleaning soulution was persistent thru out 1st and 2nd floor. However, continental breakfast was good, bed comfortable, hotel was quiet. With the exception of above comments, would stay here again, as a second alternative."
