"We were pleased with many amenities and complimentary items such as beach chairs and umbrella, snorkeling gear, and laundry detergent. We enjoyed the pool. We did all right with no air conditioning. Our two major complaints were: 1. It is deceptive for the unit’s listing to state that it is walkable to a swimming beach. We consider ourselves quite fit, but the walk down the treacherous hill to the “beach” was lengthy and we were greeted with a sign stating “no swimming “. I can’t imagine...

"Only deal with your property manager. The reception manager at the site won’t help you!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was beautiful and an excellent location. The property management was great. We will be back!!"

"Our stay was beyond amazing! The pictures dont do the condo justice, its absolutely beautiful! The only recommendation i would give is to make sure to get a small-ish vehicle. We had a Tundra which didnt fit in the garage, and the designated parking space was a little difficult to get in and out of, but not enough of a hassle to deduct a star. The views from the lanai were so beautiful! The community pool was a good size as well. The condo comes fully stocked with beach supplies also!...

"We were celebrating our 36th anniversary coming back to Kauai. The apartment in Princeville was great, comfortable and spacious. The only problem was traffic. The building was right off the main road and the first night was really noisy. We made sure windows were closed the second night/much better. The roosters crowing were the only disturbance.
