"Stay was great. Did not need to stay the 3rd night. Checked out and the property said I need to contact you for credit/ refund. Tried reaching out thru the app, couldn't complete the message. If you can contact me or attempt to credit me for the last night would be great. Thank you."

"We stayed one night in the least expensive room with one king bed, and we didn't find anything to criticize. It was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and roomy. The shower was great. Nice TV. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging, etc. Refrigerator (with two waters in it). Microwave. Iron. Ironing board. Free breakfast. And, of course, it's very close to the legendary Granzella's restaurant, bar, deli, and store."

"The room was very clean. We rented the two double bed room. There was a small fridge and microwave. There was a nice size TV in the room. We got a room on the first floor. There is a flight of stairs to climb. There are many other hotels on the same street and it is a nice walk in the morning, till where the sidewalk ends. There are several restsurants on that street as well. It is a perfect stop along the way up north on Route 5."

"I can not eat the continental breakfast, but there is a real nice Black Bear diner one block away."

"This was a great off the road hotel. We came just to sleep on our way back to Oregon and it was large and comfortable for that. Bathroom was nice with shampoo and washcloths (a bonus for me) it is not fancy but clean and comfortable for the price. "

"Had a really late check in and the guy was awesome. I’ve showed up late at other places and waited for too long only to be met with a very grumpy employee. This guy was really nice, helpful and professional. This is my new go to facility in Willows"

"Okay so. Staff were kind and friendly so I was conflicted when writing this review. I reserved 2 rooms. 1 was fine but the other smelled like mildew. We kept the bathroom fan running and the window ajar but couldn’t escape the odor. Possible the room was closed up after shampooing carpets, not sure. The bathroom did appear to have mildew along the floor at bathtub. I’m sure they would have given us a new room and in reflection, I’m not sure why I didn’t ask. Prob tired from the trip. "A great place to stop for the night with our dog. Friendly and courteous check in. Hot water and a/c. Perfect location and quiet. We’ve used this location a few times and will use it again for the convenience."

"Our hotel room had no chairs, otherwise it was great. The beds and linens were fine, and there was a great shower and tub. Clean carpet. No odors. Quiet. Nice, easy, and safe location, with stores, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance."

"The place was clean, did not see any critters. I know many people like the low price. Funny thing I slept excellent, most hotels/motels I never sleep the first night. I was in bed by 9:30pm wonderful! I would stay again."
