"Second stay here and it is in a perfect location to our family which we visit every year. However, street people are plentiful at night with some traveling through the parking lot making it slightly worrisome for women traveling alone or even in groups. We used the hot tub and really enjoyed it but we did see a rat traveling from bushes to trash cans located near by... again worrisome. The staff is the best part and upon arrival being asked to pay for parking and told they no longer offer happy...

"We had a great stay for a quick work trip. The hotel was nice, and our room was clean, neat, and comfortable.
The parking and getting around the inside of the hotel was a little confusing at first, but Patrick was wonderful and made everything much easier. He gave us a map of the building, showed us the best parking spot, and helped us during check in with excellent customer service. We really appreciated his help!
We weren’t able to stay for breakfast, but I did stop by the café to grab some...
