"Primosten is the best kept secret of Croatia; simply fantastic. Never mind the highly touristic Rovinj, go to Primosten! Apartments Nera was a great experience. Extra clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen well equipped, laundry in the apartment, cloth line outside. A great balcony with nice table and chairs, view of sunset and partial views of the sea. You can not find better. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking on site in front of the building. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach and...

" The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the customer service could definitely be improved. Not having water during a shower is not something you expect—especially while on holiday. "
