"Good things — The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area were clean, and the view outside the tent was beautiful. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. Bad things — The tent itself was not as clean as expected, with many bugs on the ceiling and walls. The floor was also not properly cleaned. "The Inn was such a cute little treasure. Our room had New England charm. There is a common room that all guests can use which was super nice w snacks, water and coffee and had quaint seating to watch the goings on in the harbor. On our first day we saw a schooner sailing. The staff is super responsive and kind. Definitely one of the best spots in Stonington."

"The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I love that the room has 3 windows that all can be opened, one in the bathroom and 2 in the bedroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The only negative is that there can be squeaky noises when other guests are walking around in the room above. Which may only be an issue if you’re a light sleeper."

"I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. Ungrounded extension cords are provided. The market next door which presumably provides a free breakfast wasn't open for the season yet. Other than that, the room was...

"Loved the quaint feeling! Perfect location to Acadia & Bar Harbor. Upon arrival our flights were delayed, so I contacted the property to make them aware of a late check in. They left us our room key & made the check in process seamless. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good & unique every morning! Also, a plus- you are able to use the amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center) at the property next door. Would stay here again 😊"

"The Atlantic Coast is an older motel, but very well kept and clean. They leave you two water bottles, two cans of soda and two bags of chips-which is a nice touch. They have an Indian restaurant on the premises that is very popular with the locals. The only downside is that they do not staff the front office. However they are very responsive in terms of delivering ice, etc if you text them. A very good value if you want a place to base yourself in and then drive the half hour to Bar Harbor."
