"El check in fue perfecto , la recepcionista me explico todo con detalle , los lugares que podía visitar , el procedimiento para entrar y salir , números de teléfono , es decir , todo lo que necesita un turista en un lugar que no conoce. El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado y muy limpio. Descansé muy bien porque la cama es muy cómoda . La estación de tren está a diez minutos andando , todo muy bien comunicado , parada de autobuses también a diez minutos de los apartamentos . "

"After several attempts by email and despite promises our deposit was not refunded. Invoice clearly states deposit is refundable. Checkin was a drama! They handle multiple properties on site and had put the wrong keys in the lock box. So we were advised to go through the different lock boxes and keys to get in, then after that, no towels, so back down to lock boxes and go to another unit to get towels. This took well over an hour and while we were doing this a resident says, having key trouble?...

"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....

"Great place to stay for all acitivites in Liverpool. Everything was in walking distance including bars, restaurants and sight seeing attractions. A very short walk to the cavern quarter and approx 10mins to Albert dock. Apartment itself was clean and well equipt for a comfortable stay and i couldnt recommend it more! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool. "
