"Accommodating staff"

"Clean, quiet and much less expensive than most other places to stay in the area. Very close to the Verde River and the Out of Africa wildlife park, pretty easy to get to and obviously undergoing renovations; I have to say that our room was easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our host was friendly and I enjoyed our stay."

"Got there late, didn’t even ask how many keys we wanted. Didn’t say what building it was in. Room seemed clean until I looked in shower where there were PUBIC hair and other hair in it!!! Housekeeping knocked on the door waking me up at 9 am. Then asked if I was checking out that day. The only good thing was the bed."

"The person that checked us in didn’t know anything about the process. From the time I gave my I’d, it took over 20 minutes to check in. Another employee beyond the desk just stood and let her fumble around. Unfortunately I had the same gal at checkout and she said she couldn’t give me a receipt but to just trust her… 😫"

"The location was excellent, but the bed appears to be years old. My husband and I woke up with a backache every morning. The pillows were flat as a pancake."

"The property was acceptable but a bit run down. Staff was preoccupied with friends making interaction unnecessarily slow. Most all shower hygiene items were empty and towels were dirty or stained. They corrected all items but having to go ask should be unnecessary. Only thing good at the included breakfast was the coffee and juice!! Everything else was stale."

"The front desk person who welcomed us was extremely helpful. Even though a portion of the property is undergoing some renovation, they have kept any annoyance to guests at an absolute minimum. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean."
