"Adequate hotel, showing its age"

"The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes."

"The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature. The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem. Evening staff were excellent. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful. Morning front desk staff were rude."

"There was no hot breakfast as stated. You could get yogurt, or frozen sausage sandwiches, frozen burritos, apples or granola bars. Tub obviously had not been used in a while and was dusty/dirty."
