The patio and beach furniture were old and ripped, falling apart. My wife almost broke her ankle walking from the Tuk Tuk to the hotel which is not even safe for a donkey, no lights on the so-called pathway many loose rocks and pot holes, which makes it a safety concern for those walking from the road to the resort.
