So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. The AC in my room is not working but they moved me to a different room. The AC is working but bed sheets, towels etc is as dirty as my previous room. "Didn't enjoy staying in this hotel. The music in the reception area is too loud. Music by the Swimming Pool has a very limited playlist and the same songs constantly go on and on. No one at the bar if you want to order a drink or grab a towel. Breakfast was very dull, no many options and no tasty. The internet was good in this hotel. "

"Really nice place to stay. Great breakfast. A little noise from the pool in the morning but not to bad. Hot water only works for short time. I would recommend this is you want to stay in a good area with lots of things to do and see around. "
