"There were 5 of us and we had to sleep in 2 full beds. The pool wasn't there anymore - it had been filled in last year. The floor was dirty - it needed a good sweeping. I felt like the staff didn't really care. The power cord to the cable box was gone, but the handyman quickly replaced it. It was loud."

"The bed was very uncomfortable and the foldout bed even worse. When trying to use the media facilities, the front desk didn't know how to assist with machines that didn't work. Other front desk people were very helpful and understanding when we checked out earlier than anticipated. It was off putting to have to take out our own garbage and exchange dirty linen for clean. We'll read the fine print before we book next time."

"The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked)."
