Assez décu par rapport au prix. Pour un week end prolongé nous avons choisis cet établissement avec piscine pour pouvoir en profiter en famille. Cependant il n'est pas noté que l'espace piscine est fermé tous les samedis. Difficile de profiter de la piscine le dimanche etant donné que nous devons liberer les lieux vers 10h. Le jaccuzi est mis en route qu'a partir de 16h lorsque l'acceuil ouvre. Nous avons demandé a voir un responsable et on nous as simplement indiqué d'appeler le service client dont le numéro se trouve sur leur site internet. Wifi et parking payant. Bref cela ressemble plus a un attrape touriste.

il faut prendre deux ascenseurs pour se rendre à l'appartement. le wifi n'est pas gratuit. Il y a très peu de places de parking, il faut beaucoup marcher (ou alors il faut payer). Les draps n'étaient pas prêts, et ensuite on ne nous pas donné les bonnes tailles de draps.

This property is quiet and offers a nice view on the mountains. It's easily walkable down to the station where the lifts are (about 10min walk). We arranged for a late arrival and had no problem with that. The hostess was very nice and gave us good instructions. We were a bit disappointed with the appartment though. wear and tear on furniture (sofa), really small single beds in a cramped place, uncomfortable pillows. In general, everything inside is cheep and all efforts are made to give you the minimum: 1 toilet paper roll, a tiny bottle of dish soap, one dishwasher tablet...etc. The kitchen is also equipped with the minimum. Don't expect a welcome gift. You're on your own!

nous n avons pas pu contacter la résidence avant notre arrivée pour disposer de renseignement mais l accueil a été ensuite parfait. Disponibilité et amabilité des personnes. Nous avons passé un sejour agreable. bel emplacement de la residence. Espace spa un peu petit pas de cabine pour se changer mais jaccuzi tres agreable et chaud.

Résidence confortable avec accès direct aux pistes ski aux pieds ! Si les appartements sont un peu petits, comme toujours à la Montagne, ils sont bien agencés et décorés. Vue magnifique en hauteur sur le village et les montagnes. Piscine et spa agréables. Dommage que le Wifi soit payant pour ce standing...

Nous recommendons cette résidence !

Très belle résidence, bien entretenue avec des appartements agréables, un service aux petits soins et des équipements(piscine, balnéothérapie, équipements sportifs, etc) qui complètent parfaitement pour un très bon séjour. Le tout à proximité des pistes de ski dans un village qui a préservé son cachet. Nous recommendons cette résidence.

Nice ski town location

Great location and nice property but always interesting when they ask you to clean the rooms yourself. Not that we would not leave it clean but a full clean, toilets, showers, vacuuming etc takes a little bit away from your holiday when you getting ready to leave.

Il s'agissait de notre 3eme séjour et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Résidence calme, skis aux pieds, piscine, jacuzzi (qui mériterait peut être quelques degrés de plus). Personnel accueillant et réactif. Le moins, tout est payant (parking non compris dans la resa, WiFi, accès sauna hammam...)

Séjour neige

Residence renove, propre. Loin du centre il faut prendre la voiture et le parking 49euros la semaine est quasi obligatoire. Les douches de la piscine sont mal réglés : une fois brûlant et le lendemain glacial.

Bon séjour estival en famille

L'appartement pour 6 était très propre et correctement équipé. Le balcon et le salon un peu petit pour 5 (dont 3 enfants), alors pour 6... La piscine était très propre et un plus pour les enfants. Gérant très accueillant et à l'écoute. Si l'on ne prend pas le parking souterrain, il est très difficile de trouver une place (je n'imagine pas en hiver). Petite station dynamique avec départ vers de nombreuses randonnées pour tous niveaux.

Séjour bien, mais à notre enregistrement, même pas le temps de déposer les valises que l'on nous donne draps, serviettes.. En gros paquets pour la semaine ! Et attention une petite et une grande serviette par personne pas plus ! L'appartement était nickel, ainsi que la piscine mais dommage qu'elle n'ouvre qu a 10h00. Le personnel de l'accueil devrait être un peu plus souriant et aimable.

Appartements agréables, peu de service

Appartement très agréable et spacieux, avec une belle vue sur la montagne (partie C, 3ème étage). Mais malheureusement il n'y a aucun service. Le personnel d'accueil est indifférent. Vous voulez vous sentir "un peu" bienvenue ? et bien ici c'est totalement l'inverse. Sauf pour le personnel de ménage qui est très sympathique et souriant ! Tout est fait pour grappiller de l'argent, la dosette de lave-vaisselle est à 2€, c'est vraiment ridicule (on est dans du 4*). Il semblerait tout de même que nous avons été surclassé car plus de studio pour 2 (mais nous n'en avons pas été informé, le service on disait...). Il me semble que le gestionnaire devrait aller faire un tour chez la concurrence.

Apartments in a great winter resort

We visited Pralognan-la-Vanoise for our first family skiing holidays. It is a small village, but we absolutely loved it! Great mountain views, very good skiing facilities, very friendly people! The only minus is that the shops are open only between 8-12:30 in the morning and 5-7:30. The apartments block is conveniently located to the centre of the village and there is a ski lift very close by. The staff are friendly and helpful (even though not all of them speak good English) the self-catered apartment is well maintained, pleasantly decorated, clean (apart from the bed covers), good kitchen equipment, nice mountain views, very nice swimming pool and hot tab with mountain views. On the negative side, the reception is only open between 8-12:30 and 5-7:30, so you cannot contact anyone outside these times, they give linen at check in that you have to take upstairs with 1euro trolley (refunded) and make the beds as well as drop them off downstairs at check-out (we have never experienced sth similar), there is a book in the room with a big list of items that you may be charged extra at check out (eg.cleaning, hair dryer etc) and you have to complete a detailed inventory for check-in and check out adding more stress. Also, it doesn't have any food offering facilities. I was also a bit dissapointed as a few days before our holidays it was on expedia much cheaper than when I booked it 4 months in advance. Nevertheless, we would recommend it and we might visit it again.

A long way from the village. A car is vital. Very fine place to stay with family, nice and quiet.
