Para idoso com problemas de articulações nao recomendo, pois nao tem elevador e só pra chegar à recepcao sao 19 degraus. Fiquei no segundo andar e a experiência nao foi boa chegar lá com a bagagen. Também o estacionamento é na terra e estava chovendo.

O ar condicionado estava quebrado, não teve quarto para troca, cheguei tarde de viagem, e ainda tive que sair do hotel por conta que não tinha nenhum outro lugar para me acomodar.

Fiquei em um quarto em que o chuveiro não esquentava, fomos reclamar e nos disseram q o chuveiro estava normal , sendo q estava frio , o ar condicionado não gelava e a geladeira muito menos, sem contar q o quarto tava cheio de cabelo. Única coisa positiva foi a cama e o café da manhã!

Muito ruím

1) Recepção no andar superior e pela escada. 2) Enquanto se vai na recepção, carro tem ficar estacionado onde tiver vaga. 3) Levar malas pra recepção via escadaria 4) Após check in, descer escadas levar carro pro estacionamento ao lado, mas como carro ficou longe não foi possível voltar em marcha à ré. Retornar então após uns 900 m. Trânsito moderado e conhecimento ruim de todo turista, das vias de circulação 5) MUito ruim enfim. Minha pontuação baseou-se no esforço dos funcionários para que tudo não ficasse pior

Estadia incrível, nos surpreendeu em tudo, organização, limpeza, atendimento tanto da dona quanto dos funcionários, todos extremamente cordiais, café da manhã um espetáculo bem acima da média, tivemos um probleminha com a reserva em relação ao preço ofertado pela plataforma e a acomodação, mas que foi prontamente resolvido pela dona do hotel, só temos a agradecer e voltaremos com certeza...

Hotel bom com resalvas.

Ao chegar já tive vontade de não ficar, muitas escadas e sem elevador. Atendimento péssimo dos funcionários da recepção, ao café sem falar na camareira que bateu na porta sábado cedo para arrumar o quarto. Nunca vi isso na minha vida. A proprietária é um amor e pediu desculpas. O café é bom porém não pessa nada que a atendente faz cara feia. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Resalva apenas naa eacadas.

O que mais me encantou foi a cordialidade e solicitude das funcionárias e cozinheiras do café da manhã. Quarto e cama confortáveis. Só havia problemas no banheiro, chuveiro não esquentava suficientemente e a água era pouca, havia problemas com gotejamento da pia do banheiro também. O estacionamento era em terreno ao lado do hotel. No mais, ótima estadia.
