"What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. "Albergo molto bello situato davanti alla spiaggia, ho preso mezza pensione cibo ok, anche sé altre catene offrono più varietà specialmente per la cena . Personale ristorante super carino sempre sorridente e molto piacevole al contrario del personale della reception dove ho incontrato persone fortemente maleducate ed irrispettose assolutamente non attente al cliente . Informed Reception...Still Nothing Stayed in Apt 113...As Far back from All Amenities as you can Get !!!..With no other Guests anywhere near Yet Many Guests were in Apts right beside Pool ??..lovely Complex..Good Wifi...Would Still Come Back...Reception Opens at 1pm.."

"How wrong are some of the reviews!! The Beds were comfy, the rooms were spotless, the pool was clean, the staff around were very friendly and helpful and the location was good - walking distance to every thing! No need to book these expensive and long coach transfers .. Easy commute in a taxi from straight outside the airport , 10 mins , €15! It was lovely and quiet and felt really safe there. Will definitely be booking again. Only fault was .. we couldn’t stay longer!"

"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable.
