The hotel was well located for the old town centre . All staff were courteous and helpful in particular the cleaning staff and reception. The whole hotel was spotless and smelt clean and fresh . Well appointed rooms .

Perfect hotel if location is what your after , we had the delux room it was spacious & clean, had a fridge & complimentary water. The only little downside was the lightning (so dark ) difficulty to see the clothes in the wardrobe & use the mirror for makeup was a struggle, so two of us had to share the bathroom one . The attached cafe served a good breakfast. Im gluten free & they provided gf bread on request. There was lots of meats , cheese & eggs & fresh fruit which was more than adequate. Overall a great hotel

Overall our stay was very nice! The location is great and the team was super helpful! I will say that the bars around them make it loudish at night so if you are light sleep may want to ask to have a room away from the street. Overall my husband and I had a great and would stay here again.

Good location. Close to shops. I forgot my extra winter coat in the hotel room when we checked out. When I realized it, we were already on our way to catch a train and did not have time to go back and get it. We emailed them and they shipped it to my sons in Vienna, Austria. I was very happy to get my coat back. :)

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Hotel was in a nice area with good access to the market square. Our room was a bit noisy at night as near bars and nightclubs. My only comment for area of improvement would be to have sheets that fit the bed and better pillows. All in all though a great place to stay. Thank you.

The room was excellent, a good size, v clean, comfortable beds and electronically operated black out blinds were a real bonus. Staff were always polite, helpful and friendly, the breakfast was tasty and good value and the general upkeep of the hotel was great. V central location to the town sq too. Highly recommend.

Clean and quiet room. Good size. Lovely architecture in the building. There was a heating/air-con unit in the room as well as external shutters outside the windows which made the room incredibly dark, perfect for sleeping. Fantastic location close to many sjops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
