"Great location, but expensive (though it was a Man Utd home game weekend). We stayed 5 nights in a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. It was fine but I do feel the "high end, boutique" brand doesn't fully extend to the living space. There were some minor issues like 1) wifi didn't work, 2) the TV didn't turn on, 3) one of kitchen cabinet hinges was off so couldn't close properly, 4) sofa bed was very hard to close (looks like metal rods were bent awkwardly previously). Also for 5N stay with 5...

"Property was new and clean inside. No noise from other apartments. Overall a good stay. Nearby shop for food basics and near to the Tram line to go into town. No complaints. If security is a concern for you it is very lax here. Lobby door left open night and day, and security staff not a deterrent. Secure access tag for the elevator does not work, so open access to use the lifts. Overall though we saw no issues."

"Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better. Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

"We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...
