"We didn’t know exactly what to expect from Bon Azur or the area, but were pleasantly surprised by both. The property is well maintained, with excellent beach views (and access). You do need a car to get around, but there are options within walking distance too (just not many). The staff is excellent…and very happy to help, give advice, and sort out any issues that may come up. Highly recommended!"

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"An absolutely stunning place right on the ocean with your own private little beach and private pool. The host was absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was great. This accommodation was stunning. Truly did not want to leave. It was spacious and luxurious for our family of four and truly loved taking in our view every day. "Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"The most amazing hotel we have both stayed in. The views and location are incredible.. the ocean view rooms are stunning, spacious with large balconies. The food was amazing.. even the buffet was great. We ate at each restaurant once and loved every one. The staff are absolutely outstanding. The most respectful, helpful and friendly people.. nothing was too much effort for them. We had the privilege of dining at ocean vista one evening where we got engaged… the sommelier allowed my fiancé to open the champagne with a sabre and gave us the cork as a memento. The only slight negative we have… when we checked in they noticed it was my birthday while we were there and said they would decorate the room and asked what flavour cake we wanted… unfortunately neither of these things happened which we were disappointed with. Overall an incredible stay and we will 100% be back!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Lux Gran Baie. We stayed for a week at the resort and received an excellent service and careful attention from all staff both for room and food service. Breakfast had a variety of choices ranging from cold buffet, pastries and hot dishes carefully prepared by the chefs which also accommodated my boyfriend’s gluten intolerance. The room was large and well designed with a beautiful bath, open shower and comfy bed. Additionally, we enjoyed the amenities like gym, sauna and private beach, where the sea water was even better than we expected from the pictures! And don’t forget to try the jet ski and snorkeling kindly offered by the resort. A special thank you to Avishka for the warm welcome and kindness throughout the stay."
