"The property was nice and clean, it had the essentials, it lacks a microwave that for me it's very important. Check out time is 10am which I find it too early. I think 11-12 should be ideal, it mention view from your bedroom. Not accurate . Theres no balcony, it's a share terrace, we were there by ourselves, but when the other units are occupied im assuming you have additional people using this common area. It dose have a pretty view. "This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Our flight was changed very last minute and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us which was extremely helpful after a long international flight. The view from our hotel room was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and prepped twice a day, a service I’ve never experienced before! The cleaning staff always left chocolates on my pillow and I thought that was so sweet! The food at the restaurant was delicious as well! Seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect hotel!"

"The restaurant/bar staff members in the open air restaurant/bar were fantastic ! The front desk staff was also very helpful, BUT I WAS APALLED THAT THEY ASKED FOR A TIP WHEN CHECKING OUT !!! After spending so much money with the hotel rates for 5 rooms, I find it insulting to get asked for a tip from the front desk staff. I travel a lot and this has never happened in 40+ yrs. !"

"This Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Everything was amazing. Beautiful pool, wonderful beach and gorgeous views. Beware the stairs. It’s a steep long climb from the lobby to the pool & beach but well worth it. (Do NOT forget anything if you’re headed to beach or pool because it will be tiring to go get it! lol) We cannot wait to return."
