"1- I reserved a room that was classified at Expedia as king size/2 twin bed. I forgot to request a king size bed but I am normally given at check in, upon request, a room with a king size bed at any hotel. When I asked for a king size bed, the receptionist said no king size bed was available for the category I booked for but at a higher category only where I had to pay extra. "The place served its purpose, but it is not new. Also, I was not notified they would not be there after a certain time. Everything was closed when I arrived and I was in a panick because I didnt have wifi. Luckily a hotel guest came out when I was trying to figure out what to do and he called the emergency number. "The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "
