"The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and they go all out. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels luxurious. You can take an Uber to go into town or you can drive 10 to 15min. "
"Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet was very fresh and was attended too throughout the breakfast hours. Lobby smelled nice. Shower had good pressure. I also loved the windows opened out a few inches for fresh air. Good location to food and shopping "

"Ein super schönes Hotel mit durchgängig sehr freundlichem Personal. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es für das Personal, das hier arbeitet, mehr als nur ein job ist. Vielen Dank an alle:) Tolle und super Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Egal was - es wird einem immer geholfen. Total schön war unter anderm der Obstteller auf dem Zimmer nebst Keksen und der Willkommensportwein. Ich durfte sogar schon früh am Vormittag aufs Zimmer.
Das Hotel liegt nicht im trubeligen Zentrum, und es ist daher...
"Personale estremamente gentile, hotel abbastanza comodo per gli spostamenti in centro, anche a piedi. La zona di Avenida della libertade, piena di negozi strafirmati ma anche locali nn solo turistici e a nn più di 10 minuti dall’hotel. Di fronte invece c’è un supermercato piuttosto fornito e a 3 minuti una lavanderia a gettoni… se dovesse servire! "

"Estadia excelente! Tamanho do quarto muito bom, compacto mas com espaço suficiente para abrir as malas e conseguir circular. Cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, vedação de ruído excelente (nosso quarto era virado pra rua e não dava pra ouvir nada). Cofre no quarto foi um plus. Pra ficar perfeito só faltou um frigobar."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
