"Highly recommend this hotel to others. The complimentary perks received were amazing -- snack and drink around check-in time along with the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was tasty. Only wished I had sliced bread for toast, instead of bagels. Room was clean, staff were helpful, friendly, courteous!"

Our stay itself wasn’t horrible. We were on the first floor, and the guests above us were extremely loud and up most of the night, so I got very little sleep. The beds were also uncomfortable, and we killed an earwig and beetle in the bathroom. It’s summer and we were on the first floor, so bugs are somewhat understandable…kinda.
The reason for the 1-star review is the billing issue and how it has been handled. I prepaid for our stay, yet an additional $380 was charged to my account...

"We were only here overnight but it was an excellent choice...mainly because of the shuttle to and from the airport. There when we needed it...and the driver went out of his way to help us out when we needed to return to the hotel to pick up keys...and they go back to the airport again. Breakfast was great...and the room was very adequate. Especially liked the bar in the bathroom tub and a suction mat in the bathtub...having just come from a previous motel where the bathtub had no suction, no...

"I was really impressed. For an airport hotel, it was lovely, and we felt cared for. The staff was professional, helpful, and communicative. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off in a timely manner. There was a beautiful lake outside the window creating a serene atmosphere, and I appreciated the little details like extra towels in the room and earplugs."

"The best aspects of our stay were the convenience/location, having a small kitchenette for eating leftovers or makeshift breakfasts, and having 2 televisions for our family of 4. Our room showed some wear-and-tear but was overall very clean. The breakfast is very limited and I would recommend grabbing breakfast nearby (plenty of options). Overall, we enjoyed exploring Portland from this location."
