"The room is spotless, the staff was wonderful, it is central relocated where you can have restaurants I would not hesitate to return. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. "Positives: Room was clean and looked new. Very bright and fresh. I arrived an hour before check in and they came down to let me in even though I was so early without any notice. Shower in bathroom was great! Negatives: Walls are paper thin. Gentleman in room next to mine came to his room around midnight and I could here him zipper his suitcase! It sounded like he was standing at the end of the bed. I woke up in the night multiple times thinking I heard someone in my room."

"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "

"The evening staff was great when we checked in however the day staff the following morning were not very friendly at all and I found them rude. The room was newer and clean. The shower worked well but the towel heat rack didn’t work at all, and a/c couldn’t cool the room down basically at all. Even if you set it lower the temp in the room never actually changed so it was warm all night. They charge you to use the shuttle service and for two people it’s almost the same as taking a $25 taxi!...

"Very close to the airport obviously. Also near to restaurants just over a bridge. Fishing boats are docked 5 minutes away and that is unique. Staff were excellent and breakfast was also very good."
