Recepcionistas educadíssimos é muito dispostos a ajudar e café da manhã bom. Mas é só isso. Acomodações péssimas, pingava água do teto do banheiro proveniente do banheiro de cima, paredes sujas, vaso sanitário estava sujo. Hotel muito velho. Máquina de café da recepção esteve estragada por 4 dias.

A estadia foi tudo bem, nenhum problema. Tive problema com o quarto em relação ao chuveiro e me trocaram de forma fácil. No segundo quarto, nota-se que é tamanho padrão. Já tive outra experiência neste hotel, há quase 1 ano, de aproximadamente 1 mês de estadia, e esta foi um pouco melhor. Aparentemente fizeram algumas mini-reformas estéticas. Mas o resto permanece igual. O atendimento é sempre solícito e bom. O tamanho do quarto é adequado pro padrão e tarifa do hotel, além da cama ser confortável. O aparelho de ar condicionado é antigo, mas funciona bem, apesar do barulho ser alto e insuportável depois de algum tempo. A mesa é grande, mas a cadeira não é confortável. O banheiro é muito bom. O café da manhã é bem fraco, muito simples e poucas opções apetitosas, poderia ser bem melhor. O entorno do hotel é bom. Fica numa região noturna, mas longe da bagunça. E tem bancos e supermercado próximo. No geral, um bom custo-benefício.

Fiquei no 8 andar. Ainda assim, por ficar ao lado da perimetral, tem barulho da rua. Quatro grande mas mobília velha. Cofre não funciona. Ar condicionado antigo. Toalhas horríveis. Perto do centro. É um hotel barato. Não usei café da manhã. Cama Boa.

O custo-beneficio valeu a hospedagem. Sugiro renovar o sistema de ar-condicionado. O atual faz barulho e incomoda quem tem sono leve. Os canais de TV poderiam compreender mais alternativas. O controle da TV a cabo apresentava problemas. Agendei despertador para um dos dias e nao fui despertado na manha seguinte. Isso gerou desconforto em razao do medicamento ora em uso. O bufet de desjejum poderia ter mais variedades do que apenas o tradicional. Obrigado!

Local ideal para relaxar em uma viagem a negócios

Gosto do local pela proximidade com a Cidade Baixa, a qual tem uma grande variedade de bares e restaurantes. Além de ser um lugar mais tranquilo a noite em relação a segurança, isso tem que ser destacado por conta da maioria dos hotéis em Porto Alegre estarem em áreas perigosas

O master é um hotel de passagem, a localização não é boa, sempre com muitos mendigos na porta e em uma área esquisita da cidade, mas ele oferece o que conforto e um quarto espaçoso para uma passagem em porto alegre
