The room booked was super luxury but the fourniture was old, dirty blanket, and there was mold in the bathroom. The front desk lady was not réceptive at all. The restaurant staff was kind.

Located directly across the bus station, perfect for travelers. breakfast was ok and room was clean, but hotel is super old and desperate for renovations. Kind of scary inside the hotel at night.

The apartment smells musty, is very dirty, and full of dust mites. The carpet is at least 20 years old, with many cigarette burns and glitter from countless carnivals. The bathroom smells musty, and the shower grout looks like it has never been cleaned.

Foi desapontador, eles anunciaram a academia como comodidade, mas não funcionava. Tudo bem, imprevistos acontecem, mas deviam ter avisado. A lavanderia estava anunciada como normal, mas tem restrição de horários e dias de funcionamento, e esses eram essenciais para mim. Foi muito estressante correr atrás para achar uma forma de passar a roupa no domingo, pois eu sempre consegui passar em todos os hotéis onde já fiquei, independentemente do dia da semana. Não dou nota mais baixa porque alguns funcionários são muito legais e me trataram muito bem. Só o estabelecimento mesmo que não deixou as informações transparentes. Por isso, informe-se para não ter surpresas com custos adicionais em serviços essenciais ou básicos.

A luz do apartamento caiu, tivemos que trocar de acomodação e pelo que soubemos já havia acontecido, O filtro do ar condicionado estava muito sujo, nos ocasionou alergia, A porta do apartamento para o qual fomos transferidos não trancava por dentro, de modo que outro hóspede acessou o quarto nos acordando às 06 h da manhã com o cartão de entrada de outro apartamento. O chuveiro demorava demais para aquecer, a cama de casal era muito velha e o colchão abaixava demais. Em resumo: foi uma experiência muito decepcionante para um hotel que há muitos anos atrás foi referência no município de Porto Alegre.

Hotel aconchegante, porém antigo. Tomei banho gelado um dia pois ficou 10 min. Saindo água e não aqueceu. Secador de cabelo não funcionava. Tomadas antigas, sem o terceiro pino. Ar condicionado antigo, faz uma barulheira danada. Café bom!

A hora que chegamos ficamos um pouco receios com o local próximo á rodoviária, depois que pegamos o Uber para ir jantar no shopping daí ficou pior pois ele foi dirigindo e nos explicando sobre a localização, ficamos chocados muito perto da Cracolândia

Sem dúvida, se hospedar nesse hotel foi a experiência mais frustante que já vivi em toda minha vida. Tive vários vários, vários problemas durante minha estadia. Foi tão horrível que tive que sair de noite com meu esposo para outro hotel. Nada funcionava no meu quarto, nem o ar-condicionado, nem a tv, muito menos o frigobar. Fizemos varias solicitação de concertos e depois troca de quarto e não fomos atendidos. Meu esposo já é idoso e teve que carregar toda a bagagem desde a hora da chegada até o nosos quarto. As malas cairam na recepção do hotel caiu e não tinha ninguém que pudesse ajudá-lo. O hotel e velho, tem cheiro de morfo, as roupas de camas e os travesseiro são velhos e tem cheiro ruim, o café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções. Foi a pior experiência da minha vida. Futuros hospedes consideram as avaliações, para que vcs não cometam os mesmo erros que eu. Eu tive que desembolsar um outro valor bem alto, para poder me hospedar em outro lugar.

Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Deixei cair água sobre a cama e sem precisar solicitar, a camareira identificou e prontamente fez a substituição do lençol e do cobertor e ainda secou o colchão. Fui a POA para correr a Maratona e gentilmente o café da manhã foi servido a partir das 4h para que os corredores pudessem comer antes de sair. A parte ruim é que o hotel fica a 10km do local da largada, os apartamentos são antigos, com pintura das paredes descascando (pode ser efeito da enchente que os castigou), com ar condicionado/aquecedor e secador de cabelo que não funcionavam (no quarto da minha amiga sequer tinha secador), o cartão de acesso aos quartos (tanto meu, quanto das amigas) desmagnetizavam com frenquência (não deixei perto do celular).
