Dam on the Allt Ribhein The dam holds the water for the Carbost water treatment works, situated just downstream. Carbost is an odd choice of name for the plant, being a village several miles away. Portnalong is much closer.

A unique place to calm down and just enjoy life. Would totally recommend that experience. We shared the otter pod with me, husband and 2 kids and it was very comfy. Place also has hot shower and good sanitary.
