"My stay was ok not great. The first day I was open the blinds a heap of dust fell in my face in my eyes. I reported it and they take care of it. Couple days after I came back in after a long day about to take a shower no water all night. No water in the morning. Apart from that it was a good. The ladies in the kitchen and front desk were very friendly and polite also housekeeping.I’ll stay there again when I visit because overall it’s a nice place."

"The buffet breakfast is the best. Staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my interactions with all staff. The room was clean. The drawback for me was the bathroom. It appeared like it was being worked on or needed some work. The water pressure during showers was low and weak making a not so pleasant shower experience. That's why I gave a 4 star. The location is ideal. Close to many amenities. The rooftop restaurant meals are tasty. Really enjoyed that experience. Overall, it was a decent stay."

"This is very convenient, the location is central to everything you want to do, shopping, visiting museums & all. They give breakfast which is a plus…..Nice property. I would definitely recommend this place to people."

"The hotel was lovely and most of the staff were nice. A few times when we went to the front desk our questions seemed bothersome to the person who helped us. It didn't feel welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely. Our dinner in the hotel was very expensive for not a lot of food. The atmosphere felt luxurious. The pool could use some upgrades. We enjoyed it."
