"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

"Great host and very comfortable accommodation. Hot tub is spotless and well maintained. Parking right outside the door. Nice walks into village and local countryside (hilly but it is Cornwall)! Very close to many manor attractions. We loved it."

"The property is clean and located in a good position for the beaches and local restaurants. The hosts are nearby and ready to help with anything that you may need. We found the property easily and it was a pleasure to drive around the area and perform various activities related to a holiday in the sunshine."
