"The front desk staff was unprofessional when we arrived .. we had booked through expedia and when we arrived they said that expedia's credit card they pay with was denied.. so the front desk girl called expedia .. while she was talking she was rolling her eyes and just very unprofessional.. I have stayed here previously and I have had great service.. Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms .. "

"Great stay! The only thing I recommend is rooms with joining doors to other rooms should have another lock on them so we know for sure that the door is locked. "

"Breakfast choices were good. No cookies upon arrival. We have stayed at Hamptons several times and cookies and fruit have always been available for guests. The room was clean. Beds were not as comfortable as some we have slept in before. Good location near the airport and not too far from South Portland. "

"THANK GOD we were upgraded to another hotel (Home 2, which was very nice!) due to supposed mechanical issues I believe she said, but pulling up to it, my friend said no way was she going to stay here. It looked MUCH better online, you DO NOT want to stay here. We also thought they maybe had some type of housing going on here and not so much overnight travelers.
