We originally reserved a king studio room with a pull-out couch. However, upon late arrival, we were assigned an accessible room, which was quite inconvenient since the pull-out couch was positioned directly in front of the king bed. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning when we arrived, and the room was uncomfortably hot. When we requested a room change, we were told the hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate us.
The following day, when we went to take a shower, the shower was not working. After some delay, we were finally moved to a different room around 4 p.m. This process caused significant inconvenience during our stay. We also found the rooms to be poorly maintained, with missing amenities such as a full-length mirror.
Despite these issues, we appreciated that the staff was very polite and genuinely tried to help us. The second room we were given was an improvement compared to the one we checked into initially. Overall, our experience at the hotel was average, and I would not recommend it based on the issues we encountered.
