Location was great, staff was friendly (especially adam at the front desk) but the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and deflated, and the whole "resort fee" was very offputting. Portland Regency Hotel & Spa
Little disappointed that the sauna and spa wasn’t open when we arrived - difficult journey from home though the snow so was looking to relax and can understand why it closed early. Hotel was lovely though, very comfortable in the heart of Portland
