"Rooms were OK. Stayed in #344 and #345. We rented two rooms and they were mediocre. Items were missing from 1 room...microwave, towels and soap. Toilet paper missing from the other room. All beds in both rooms had dirty sheets and crumbs under the flat sheet. Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Wallpaper in both rooms held up by staples. "It was fine for what we needed. 12 hours to rest and sleep overnight. It's a university dorm so set up well and the beds were VERY comfortable. Some marks and divots on the walls and the bathroom floor was wiped over but not "cleaned". Rest of the bathroom was good. Towels, bedding, pillows provided. Free WiFi."

"I am disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown online, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The wash basin had yellow stains, and the couch bedsheet had visible stains and marks.
I have photographs of these issues and can provide them if required.
Given the poor condition of the room and the difference between the advertised and actual accommodation, I believe the stay did not provide value for money."

"Property is on prime location of the Falls views, our room view as amazing. What we did not like is the high price of the parking. So we had to Park offsite. The offsite parking was convenient. As they do have two shuttles, one at the hotel and one at the parking site so we did not have to wait long at all.
One thing that we did not like is that the shampoo and wash gel did not have any in the bottles. They need to be better at checking these items before their guest arrive as others check out...
