It was disappointing. On my arrival the beddings had tiny ginger ants, on the floor, and everywhere. The sheets were not fresh, some sort of fluid mark was visible on the top sheet (the bed only had a top sheet. No blanket). One of the staff change the top sheet and sprayed the bed with mortein and on the bed head wall. I was not happy having the bed and near the pillows being sprayed with pesticide but I thought it was the only way to get rid of the ants. Also, you had to pay extra for the AC remote control to use the air-conditioning. After sitting in the room for couple of hours, the ants were still visible and I was getting bitten so I complained and asked for a refund and to shorten my stay to one night as I was booked for 3 nights. The staff were apologetic and they moved me to another room with no TV and Internet connection was only available in a corner of the room.
Until now, a week since I've contacted Expedia to get my refund, Expedia and I haven't heard from the property owner/manager.
