"They make you wait a long time to check in the $200 security deposit does NOT get returned i had to literally open a claim with my bank to get my money back the shower was dirty had hairs all over!!! For the price you would expect the best!!! Not the case at all!!!"

I paid extra for a balcony that was so small I couldn’t sit in the chair provided bc the small side table was pressed up against my legs. It was literally not even 3ft by 3ft. The room and bathroom were of motel quality, not what I expect from a Hilton or at this price point! The bathroom had a bunch of cheap ugly repairs and needs an overhaul or don’t charge so much! The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great. The hotel was in a part of town that was not nice and they advised is not to walk around at night outside of the hotel grounds. The grounds were secure with locked gates and a fence so we felt safe. "This was good value considering the room rate. The room was quiet from street noise and clean. A good selection of restaurants within two or three blocks. My only concern which I expressed to the manager at checkout, was that the weatherstripping beneath the door needed to be adjusted to reduce the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door."

Great price for what you get but the one downside is getting in and out of the establishment, since it is located on the 1. And my only complaint is the windows, they did not lock, so you could slide it open from the outside and how thin they were, you could hear everything and everyone right outside it was as if the window was open to just the screen."
