My family enjoyed their stay at Flynns on Surf Beach Villas, the property is walking distance to the beach and cafe. The pool is heated and the kids got to enjoy it in August. Clean property and the management kept the surroundings clean. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

The property was well maintained and the guests were mindful of privacy and always quiet. The pool and spa were always pleasant temperature, with and not too busy. Easy walk to the beach and local cafes, as well as an easy longer walk or cycle to Port central.

We have stayed here before. Love the amenities especially the heated pool and spa all year round. The Villas have everything you need, spacious and clean. The only negative for us this time was the man using a blower vac every morning between 7am and 8am that woke me every morning. When you’re getting away for a short break to rest it was frustrating. And noticed he was blowing the leaves in to a drain which is a flooding hazard for you guys in heavy rainfall.

Lovely property that is quiet and felt safe. The unit itself was spacious with lots of windows to let light in, and it was very clean upon arrival. We used the pool and spa nearly every day during our week long stay. It was a home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.
