"We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North – Lynnwood. The location was very convenient for our plans, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was a highlight: good variety, fresh options, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family of three plus a toddler, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom fan was quite loud, and while I used the gym in the morning, it was fairly limited in equipment—okay for a light workout, but very basic. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for families, with a solid breakfast and good room size."

Free WiFi and parking were reliable during my recent stay in room #170. Cons: No elevator, so if you're on a higher floor with lots of gear, be prepared for the stairs. Overall: It’s a clean, safe, and budget-friendly option in the North Lynnwood/Mountlake Terrace area. Great value for the price.""

"Multiple stays at the property & they don’t disappoint. Great new building, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Located walkable to lightrail (earplugs provided). If you are allergic be aware it is pet friendly (though very clean). Family friendly and indoor pool is a plus!"
