Hôtel 5 étoiles selon les standards tunisiens, proche d’un 3,5 étoiles en France. Probablement l’un des meilleurs de Sousse. C’est propre, le personnel est sympa, la nourriture est pas mal et le décor ne fait pas vieillot. Bref on peut y aller les yeux fermés.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the 5-Star Rating I stayed at Diar El Andalous with my husband and our 4-month-old baby for a family trip. While the hotel’s general condition and rooms are acceptable, our overall experience was far from what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. From the moment we checked in, we noticed an unpleasant pipeline-like smell that would come and go. The towels were in very poor condition—worn out and far from the standards of a luxury hotel. One of the biggest issues we faced was the lack of consideration from the housekeeping staff. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the fact that our baby was sleeping after an early feeding, they consistently spoke loudly outside our door, even discussing why we hadn't left the room yet—as if to pressure us into leaving so they could clean. We finally went out, only to return to a room that hadn’t been touched. When they eventually came, I requested only fresh towels, but they insisted on cleaning the room, forcing us out again. Yet, even after that, the glasses were not replaced and the bed sheets remained unchanged, despite our request. The most distressing part of our stay, however, was my severe illness. I contracted a gastrointestinal infection after eating at the hotel. I suffered from diarrhea, nausea, and had to visit the doctor twice. We had to leave the hotel for 24 hours due to my condition. Upon returning, our room had still not been cleaned, the trash was full, sheets unchanged, and glasses sti

Séjour assez agréable dans l'ensemble malgré plusieurs points négatifs dont des travaux de rénovation des chambres qui engendrent des nuisances sonores très fortes et la réception ne fait rien. très dommage de louer des chambres juste à côté vu le prix qu'on paye Points positifs : - 2 belles piscines avec suffisamment de transats et parasols à cette saison - belle plage bien aménagée - chambre rénovée agréable et lumineuse (les prestiges sont vieillotes et sombres et n'apportent rien de plus) - nourriture très correcte mais un peu répétitives surtout au niveau des desserts - personnel très agréables et serviables Points négatifs : - animations quasi inexistantes et de qualité médiocre. L'équipe déploie des efforts mais ils sont peu nombreux et n'ont pas de moyens surtout pour les animations du soir. N'y allez surtout pas pour ça. Grosse déception - Terrasse extérieure du restaurant très petite et en partie fermée le soir donc obligé de manger dans la salle très bruyantes qui fait cantine. Pas très sympa en vacances... - Travaux dans l'hôtel sous et autour de notre chambre de 7H45 à plus de 20H avec marteau piqueur, meuleuse...La réception n'a pas réagit et nous a même répondu de nous lever plus tôt pour ne pas être dérangé...On m'a certifié que cela allait cesser mais en fait non. On m'a offert des massages en compensation mais aucun remboursement pour les nuisances subit. Un peu léger vu le standing revendiqué de l'hôtel

Hotel entrega muito bem oque promete, como todo resort desse tamanho, tem bastante gente e agitacao, mas nao foi um problema em nenhum momento. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, limpeza otima, funcionarios muito educados e proativos. Restaurante surpreendeu bastante positivamente, bastante variedade e comida muito boa no geral. Outro ponto muito positivo do hotel sao as maquinas de agua e agua com gas muito bem distribuidas e de facil acesso para abastecer as garrafas disponibilizadas pelo hotel, excelente em praticidade, qualidade e sustentabilidade.
