Cleanliness level was poor when we arrived. The spa bath and en-suite bathroom were very dirty, the floors needed cleaning and there were dirty pots in the cupboard.
The spa bath was broken when we arrived and it’s function clearly hadn’t been checked before our arrival. This was fixed during our stay, 2 days after we reported the fault.
The resort itself is fantastic. Kids loved the pool and location in Port Douglas was great.

We found it difficult to find a 3 bedroom apartment at a reasonable price in Port Douglas. Beach Club was able to accommodate with a great room option that had both us the parents happy and teenage kids. Facilities were great with the pool getting plenty of use. Great service by the staff whilst enjoying that time down there. We’ve stayed in a lot of different places over the years in Port Douglas but will look to book there every time when we return.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, and to the shops and restaurants of Macrossan Street. Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment, and the lagoon pool was beautiful. Juanita could not have been more helpful, and so quick to respond to every query we had. We are already planning when we can return!
