"The location wasn't bad at all, it was the front desk staff that did not take my complaint seriously when I told them of prior water damage in my room and advised them of the poor condition and that the room should not be rented out. Not only did they not switch out my room the front staff continued to charge me full price for my room. There was large gaps with debris stuck in the floor boards where there was prior water damage, painted over damage to the drywall in bathroom,and the shelf over the toilet was barely hanging on. Overall, horrible experience as it felt unhygienic to walk on that floor."

"Room was good for the price in my opinion. Who else can book a room that has a sauna and hotub in the room for a nice price?! The room is outdated in certain areas but it wasn't an issue with me whatsoever. I just needed a place to sleep and having the sauna and hot tub was a bonus as it definitely helped with relieving joint and muscle pain. "

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made a genuine effort to accommodate my needs throughout my stay. The views from my room were breathtaking, and the furnishings and décor were both stylish and thoughtfully chosen. Having a kitchen was a huge advantage, and it was very well equipped, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. Housekeeping also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were always happy to provide extra toilet rolls or towels upon request—even during late hours. The housekeeping team in particular deserves special recognition for their dedication and outstanding service. I would highly recommend the Waterside Inn in Port Credit to anyone visiting the area. Finally, the hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. "

"Clean room, decent price, not much going for it. Breakfast room was tiny closet, 4 muffins, half loaf of bread and 3 bagels to choose from. Boiled eggs and yogurt. Not impressed."
