"There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower floor looked filthy. I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). Prior to reserving a room they were told that all the bathrooms had just been remodeled. When staff was told that this was a lie, that the bathrooms were obviously not remodeled, she responded with it was her job to "

"Rooms are outdated. Handicap room had no vanity, shower head was small, hard to regulate water temperature, showerhead from the Flintstone age. Ok place to stay if you are just looking for something clean. Overly placed for you are actually getting."

"The check in process was very difficult and stressful. The codes to get in did not work. Melissa was very helpful when I called. Furniture in tv room was not comfortable. They did get us a second chair. Pool was nice and warm at first but was cold after the weather got cool. "

Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."
